A 21-year-old Australian tradesman has been bitten by a venomous spider on the penis for a second time. The man was using a portable toilet on a Sydney building site on Tuesday, when he suffered a repeat of the incident five months ago. Jordan, who preferred not to reveal his surname, said he was bitten on "pretty much the same spot" by the spider. "I'm the most unlucky guy in the country at the moment," he told the BBC. "I was sitting on the toilet doing my business and just felt the sting that I felt the first time. "I was like 'I can't believe it's happened again.' I looked down and I've seen a few little legs come from around the rim."

He said that being bitten the first time had made him wary of using portable toilets. "After the first time it happened I didn't really want to use one again," he said. "Toilets got cleaned that day and I thought it was my opportunity to go use one. Had a look under both seats and then I sat down did my business. Next thing you know, I'm bent over in pain." [h=2]'I'll be holding on'[/h]The tradesman said he was not sure what type of spider bit him this time. One of his colleagues took him from the worksite in north-west Sydney to Blacktown Hospital - although many of his workmates were quick to see the lighter side of the situation. "They got worried the first time," he said. "This time they were making jokes before I was getting in the car." The hospital declined to discuss the matter, citing patient privacy. Jordan was released from hospital and said he expected to return to work soon but was unlikely to be using the on-site toilet. "I think I'll be holding on for dear life to be honest," he said.
http://www.bbc.com/news/world-australia-37481251?ocid=socialflow_facebook&ns_mchannel=social&ns_campaign=bbcnews&ns_source=facebook My dick just went into hiding
again
:ohno:
It's a redback, not a black widow.
It's a redback, not a black widow.
They are pretty much the exact same thing, "redback" is just a colloquialism in Australia for Black Widows. At least it wasn't a Funnel Web that bit his dick.
That's what a spider-man looks like
They are pretty much the exact same thing, "redback" is just a colloquialism in Australia for Black Widows. At least it wasn't a Funnel Web that bit his dick.
They're not. The redback is Latrodectus hasseltii while the black widow is Latrodectus mactans (southern black widow) and Latrodectus variolus (northern black widow or simply northern widow).
That's what a spider-man looks like
Porn version of spider man.
Sounds like he needs some compression underwear.
When I was growing up in Oklahoma I saw a black widow with a rather large snake dead in its web... Fuck that
When I was growing up in Oklahoma I saw a black widow with a rather large snake dead in its web... Fuck that
Spiders are way more terrifying than snakes.
At least it wasn't a brown recluse.
They're not. he's still getting more oral action than most people here though
He must've cheated on someone who practices voodoo or witchcraft or something :v:
They're not. The redback is Latrodectus hasseltii while the black widow is Latrodectus mactans (southern black widow) and Latrodectus variolus (northern black widow or simply northern widow).
Is there significant difference in venom potency or aesthetics?
Stop nobbing spiders.
Only in Australia could that happen twice... to the same guy. Fucking shit's scary. That's on top of magpie swooping season & snake mating season. Then there's the Blue bottle & Portugese man o' war jellyfish on the beaches.
This guy must have quite the hanger. I wish my item was large enough it makes spiders threatened enough to bite.
Yeah I think I'll limit my visits to Australia to Forza
Is there significant difference in venom potency or aesthetics?
Don't know about venom potency but redbacks have red coloration along their back, whereas black widows only have a red hourglass on their bellies. Left: redback, Right: black widow [thumb]https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/f/f6/Latrodectus_hasseltii_-Sydney%2C_Australia-8.jpg/800px-Latrodectus_hasseltii_-Sydney%2C_Australia-8.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]http://www.desertusa.com/insects/photos/DSCN2568.jpg[/thumb]
Now out of morbid curiosity I wonder what a hybrid of those would look like.
This guy is never going to be able to use a portable toilet again.
This guy is never going to be able to use a portable toilet again.
Hell, after reading this I don't want to use a portable toilet ever again.
Now out of morbid curiosity I wonder what a hybrid of those would look like.
Satan.
As far as I'm aware, the two are quite similar in build, temperament, and potency of venom.
Sure, I agree. My point is that they're still different organisms, I wouldn't call them both black widows in the same way I wouldn't call them both redbacks. Maybe it's nitpicking, I don't know.
As far as I'm aware, the two are quite similar in build, temperament, and potency of venom.
Sure, but they're unable to produce viable offspring with eachother, i.e., they're different species.
a phantom pain attacked my dick when i read this
