Most of the problems in the PC version are because of them being lazy and not fixing them, such as the hair. Maybe they should bring the "Definitive" edition to PC and compare them then.
How convenient, just finished this game on PC, also everything on max with my new AMD card. It absolutely did not lag like the PC comparison at all. For me this seems just to be marketing for the PS4 version.
I like the Lara from the pre-definitive version more. Her eyes on the definitive edition just look stone cold most of the time, and it's really weird and off-putting to me.
The original PC release, plus graphical patches and all, versus a reworked and revised version of the game with heavy graphical alterations and adjustments. Totally a proper comparison.

Not sure I like that, even if the PS4 has the better shaders and lighting.
How this game looks on pc or ps4 has NOTHING to do with either a console or the pc. It's all about the people who made the game and how they made it.
oh god that massive chest bounce at 0:22 such a ~progressive~ vision of lara
oh god that massive chest bounce at 0:22 such a ~progressive~ vision of lara
Yeah, that was a bit of a surprise; it is more realistic for that to happen though. One of these days we're going to have fully dynamic body and clothing meshes which should work wonders for making game characters appear more lifelike. Guess they gotta start somewhere.
It about same besides the obvious touch-up on Lara's model and some different shading.
