Make one :smug:
Challenge accepted :smug:
So, I've noticed there are a lot of albums in the making ; Wouldn't it be better to just have one-two going on at any current time?
I think the way people do albums is fine right now. I need some more chiptune vsts. What should I get?
I think the different albums are nice. I'm considering starting an EDM collab and having someone with a turntable make it an entire mix for us.
I think that the huge amount of collab albums going on are making it harder to get them done
I highly disagree. The thing that really holds people back is real life issues, but now that school/college is done for mostly everyone, we could probably get a lot more production in.
Maybe this one wont be so fast that I can't follow it.

It probably won't. MGR is not that active anyways. :v:
MGR is pretty much what Music section used to be when it comes to visitors.

Oh and yeah, too damn many collabs
I would be more productive in music if it wasn't for the finals I am having right now.

Still highschool.

I agree. It was better when there was only one going on at a time...

Your highschool has finals in mid-May? Around here it's early June. :v:

I am Dutch right.
Oh guises I want to make Zelda music so bad.
I'm not too picky on how many collabs are running. The last concept album took like 3 months :v:
The different collabs are nice since everyone gets to participate in an album they like.
Does anyone else have a music tech exam tomorrow?
no :saddowns:
I have a playing test today and I haven't trained at all.
Fuck.
u gon die
Nah, just played a few random riffs, sang Have A Cigar by Pink Floyd and improvised on the drums.
Went well.
I've turned my whole room into a percussion instrument
I beat on everything for musical ideas
I just experiment in designing new sounds, then play a melody that I feel matches that sound. I have a weird creative process :pwn:
Usually, I just dick around in my school's band hall (i have free access to the percussion section at any time) until I come up with something good (either something on the marimba or the drums or some other weird thing) and then I go home and recreate it. Actually, a lot of the songs that me and my friend make together (mainly rock stuff, i might post some here sometime) mainly feature piano/marimba/xylophone because of this :v:
(also i like parenthesis)
