i think there's a misunderstanding
the guy is a walking piece of childish shit but he didn't make the laws that govern pharmaceuticals, it's not his fault our government doesn't care about our health and i don't think it's his responsibility as the ceo of a company whose goal is to sell drugs
he should have never been able to do this in the first place

although the argument should be moved to the area you're trying to move it to, it doesn't mean that all actions that are morally acceptable are enforced by law. this guy's an asshole for doing what he did. I also agree that he shouldn't have ever been able to do this, but there's also lot of things you're allowed to do that still make you a huge fucking cunt.
