• 'Alt-right' groups will 'revolt' if Trump shuns white supremacy, leaders say
Donald Trump will disappoint and disillusion his far-right supporters by eschewing white supremacy, according to some of the movement’s own intellectual leaders. Activists who recently gave Nazi salutes and shouted “hail Trump” at a gathering in Washington will revolt when the new US president fails to meet their expectations, the leaders told the Guardian. Related: Donald Trump's 'alt-right' supporters express dismay at disavowal The prospect of such disillusion and internecine squabbling may console liberals who fear a White House tinged with racism and quasi-fascism. All the more reassuring because it comes from far-right influencers and analysts, not wishful progressives. Instead of enjoying proximity to power, according to this analysis, vocal parts of the loose coalition known as the “alt-right” could remain on the political fringe, wondering what happened to their triumph.

http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/alt-right-groups-will-revolt-if-trump-shuns-white-supremacy-leaders-say/ar-BBxBM9X?li=BBnbfcL
Go ahead you fucks. Can't wait to watch the military curbstomp your ass into submission.
Do it. I've always wanted to kill a real life Nazi.
The alt-right is the same as GamerGate. There are no "leaders", just like there's no "movement" beyond people talking about the same things in the same spaces of the internet and on rare occasion in real life. This is just a load of noise.
Do it. I've always wanted to kill a real life Nazi.
You've learned nothing from history.
as funny as it would be to see him do it, he honestly won't because they also lavish him with praise and quite a few of his administration and advisors are active in their circles
You've learned nothing from history.
Neither did they apparently.
Well, they can't say they weren't warned about Trump possibly bullshitting them for votes. Pretty much the whole election there were warnings that Trump is a complete wild-card and no one knows what he'll actually do in office. Evil you know vs evil you don't know etc Also I don't see them revolting at all, maybe some shootings by one or two crazies but an actual revolt is really doubtful.
Funny because killing them worked pretty well in WW2.
Yeah it worked so well that they're still an "issue" 70 years later.
Funny because killing them worked pretty well in WW2.
You don't just kill people you disagree with politically. That's a nazi thing, don't become a nazi. Laugh these morons off the stage wherever they go, strive to prove to them they will be on the wrong side of history.
Yeah it worked so well that they're still an "issue" 70 years later.
I'd hardly call them an issue compared to what they were then.
right now you have white supremacists take over the alt-right movement, they don't care if it consisted of people who hate them or the media saying they are the leaders.
Yeah it worked so well that they're still an "issue" 70 years later.
Not as big of an issue as they were though, you can't kill ideologies but you can reduce their influence.
It stops being a mere disagreement when they start revolting.
Next you'll tell me that bears piss in the woods. Argue with what i said please, not your impression of what i said.
which alt right everyone who isnt mainline republican or a religious conservative is now alt right, the term is essentially meaningless
Well, they can't say they weren't warned about Trump possibly bullshitting them for votes. Pretty much the whole election there were warnings that Trump is a complete wild-card and no one knows what he'll actually do in office.
I think it was fairly obvious that Trump was gonna do everything he's done and is planning to do
You don't just kill people you disagree with politically. That's a nazi thing, don't become a nazi. Laugh these morons off the stage wherever they go, strive to prove to them they will be on the wrong side of history.
you can't debate with fascism
You don't just kill people you disagree with politically. That's a nazi thing, don't become a nazi. Laugh these morons off the stage wherever they go, strive to prove to them they will be on the wrong side of history.
You can laugh at them all you want. it will only solidify their ideals the more and more you do.
World War 2 was also a bit more than a disagreement.
Nazi germany was built on a whole bunch of morons running with the 'lets persecute(and later kill) them because we disagree with them', I'm sure those people could have been like you, well meaning and all, but suddenly it was too late to take it back. Don't repeat history, please veer away from 'i want to kill x political group' before you regret it.
Do it. I've always wanted to kill a real life Nazi.
How about we don't encourage them and no one has to die?
You can laugh at them all you want. it will only solidify their ideals the more and more you do.
So we kill them then? Or throw them in jail? That's sure to make you look like you're afraid of their ideas, don't be afraid, engage with them at ground level, and when they can't compete on honest terms as expected, ridicule them.
Leftists not taking the Nazis seriously as a threat is what let them come to power. So yes, we need to make sure history doesn't repeat itself.
leftists back then took them very seriously, and died for it
Leftists not taking the Nazis seriously as a threat is what let them come to power. So yes, we need to make sure history doesn't repeat itself.
please read a book on the subject.
which alt right everyone who isnt mainline republican or a religious conservative is now alt right, the term is essentially meaningless
Just assume 'alt right' is a media-friendly term for 'racist scum' or 'nazi scum' and you'll generally be right.
Leftists not taking the Nazis seriously as a threat is what let them come to power. So yes, we need to make sure history doesn't repeat itself.
My history books seem to be very different than yours.
So we kill them then? Or throw them in jail? That's sure to make you look like you're afraid of their ideas, don't be afraid, engage with them at ground level, and when they can't compete on honest terms as expected, ridicule them.
Thats the problem with Fascism, its hard to debate against them. Because they literally believe in racial genocide, so its going to be a bitch in a half to convince them thats fucked up. Good if you convince them not too, but some are way too fucking stubborn to break away from their fucked up ideals.
Do it. I've always wanted to kill a real life Nazi.
Hell yeah dude so edgy How is this different from alt-right morons talking about stomping "libcucks" or whatever
you can't debate with fascism
You cant enforce liberalism.
You cant enforce liberalism.
false dichotomy, there are more ideaologies than liberal and fascist [editline]27th December 2016[/editline]
My history books seem to be very different than yours.
http://www.smithsonianmag.com/history/how-journalists-covered-rise-mussolini-hitler-180961407/
http://www.smithsonianmag.com/history/how-journalists-covered-rise-mussolini-hitler-180961407/
American journalism is not what got Nazism into power, not even remotely. America wasn't world police yet anyway, and wouldn't have intervened even if Hitler was taken seriously in their press.
which alt right everyone who isnt mainline republican or a religious conservative is now alt right, the term is essentially meaningless
It's intentionally vague. Anyone who isn't agree 100% with the narrative or ideology of the mainstream media can now be associated with Nazis and white supremacists. It's vague fearmongering bullshit designed to prevent any sort of rebuttal in a political discussion, if you can just label and dismiss all of your critics as crazy fascists. Getting back on topic though, lmfao at this whole "they will revolt" narrative they decided to go with. No one has done shit about way worse things such as the Snowden leaks and the atrocity that was the Patriot Act, so I very much doubt anyone will do something about a politician being slightly misleading in his language during an election.
