Lately my body seems to be shocking everything... - General

Well of late, past month or so, I keep shocking almost everything I touch. I have no idea how the fuck this happened, but it has been bothering me. Today at school I shocked someone with enough force that it left a red sting on their arm(went away after a hour) Some things I shock include: Shocking anybody who touches me Shocking any metal object Sometimes shocking my mouse or keyboard Animals This is fucking annoying, any specific reason this could be happening?

I don't think it's anything special. Just lots of static.

maybe its cus of your shoes. certain shoes can transfer electricity from the floor to your body, then when you touch something else, the electrons move to that certain something and creates a shock.
