Either teamspeak/mumble are controlling my microphone

So I recently installed teamspeak AND mumble to play ARMA/DayZ with fellow Facepunchers and today I recorded some guitar playing and I noticed that it sounded like mumble or teamspeak were controlling my mic (sound quality is internet-friendly, mic is activated by voice). I checked around and my mic shows up as normal in audacity, windows etc. So how do I fix it sounding like this?
Another apication shouldn't be able to control how your microphone works in other applications. Check the sound settings under recording devices and make sure teamspeak and mumble are closed before you record
Both are closed, audacity's still recording weird :c
