Alright DD,
After half a year of smoking, I've decided to start growing my own Maruijana.
Is there any seeds that you would recommend for beginners, preferably indoor use?
I just want something that I can leave in the corner and water it every now and then.
(if this is not a possibility, the one with the easiest and less upkeep)

Also, your gonna need some sun-lamps if your going about this indoors.
you have no idea how hard it is to grow successful/good plants. How much research have you even done? Took a solid 4 months of research, and close to 1000 dollars for hydroponics before the first seed was even planted.
Although you won't need a crazy hydroponic system for just ONE plant, but it's not something you can just pick up and do

From personal preference, I do quite enjoy Sativa, but Hybrids are good too.
However if Indica is any easier to grow, I could live with that.

I've been looking around now for around a month. Since I realized a lot of people here are rather well off with their knowledge about this sort of thing, I figured I would ask.
Indica should be easier, but it's all up to you actually.

It sounds bueno. Never tried it, but heard A LOT of good things from my dealer about it. I'll ask him if he can get me some for next time.

It isn't going to cost him thousands of dollars to grow some weed, especially since he made it clear he isn't going to aim for the top just yet. It's not very complicated stuff setting up a small grow using fluorescent lamps, for example. Hell, I've done it myself.

it wont cost thousands. but it will cost a pretty penny spent 300 on a grow room from stuff i found at flea markets and junk yards

I agree with Stayblazed. If you want to grow a plant, it will still take ALOT of research to manage to grow something good. He was talking about the 1'000$ for his Hydroponic setup. Do you think he's talking about 1 plant? No, he's talking about alot more.
Just like me, I've been researching about weed and how to grow it, etc... for around 4 years now. Now I think I'm ready, but right before planting I'll be sure to read everything again in depth.

wow u should listen to people who are in this, sure anyone can grow some plants but it takes time, research and a deceng grow op to grow good cannabis. the reason my first homegrown doesnt taste like ass or takes 3 joints to get stoned is because i actually applied techniques i searched and studied.

The creator of this thread made it pretty clear that he was not planning on setting up a state of the art operation. You're capable of growing some pretty okay shiba shiba without the forementioned equipment. Obviously it's going to take research and work, and you will not get the same results, but the way you two are acting it would seem near impossible.
