That looks way too loose to be comfortable, and even if it's stronger than latex that sort of friction is how you break condoms. Also like Bill Gates said, a critical part of a successful condom is getting people to want to use them. My gut reaction is that that's a fucking dick-accordion.

Finally Condoms of today are literally terrible. Their effectiveness is below a 90% for reducing pregnancy I mean holy shit Hopefully these break less and are better at STD and STI protection. Certainly the design looks much better as well

It looks like it takes away from the feeling of actual sex, iirc that's one of the bigger complaints about condoms and one of the reasons people don't like to use them
