Noticed today it had switched back to using one card which it has done in the past, so no problem right? I went to enable SI, and a box popped up saying
"Close these programs to continue"
It displays 0 programs, and Continue is grayed out.

This is a bit obvious but did you try rebooting? If that doesn't solve it then try reinstalling the video drivers.
Yeah I'm horrible lol, I rebooted and it worked. First time I ever had to restart my pc for it to work though. Thanks!
