Don't get me wrong lolicon is fucked up but I mean, as long as nobody is physically harmed I don't see the problem with it. I don't think it's my place to judge people for the things they find attractive, as long as the production of said things happens without anyone being violated.

You can tell when a character is obviously meant to be a child; there's a little bit of a gray area, but I get the feeling that the courts will urge on the side of "caution".

Loli is not physical porn, it's drawings, drawn by people. Banning drawings is against freedom of speech. What's drawn is from an artists mind and not actual abuse or an actual person, it's fake, make believe. Banning imagery is one step towards global censorship.

Yeah, this law is kind of retarded because CP is illegal and people still manage to get their hands on it.
So now that there isn't a legal alternative, pedophiles are going to go straight to the CP, which [I]does[/I] harm people, unlike a simple drawing, which harms nobody.
It'd be nice if heavy handed politicians took this kind of stuff into account.
