• Loss in performance - reason unknown

In UDK the flowers are fine in the first picture because it flashes between that and something that looks like the other screen captures. Here are some snapshots from UDK. My OS is Windows 7 (64bit). Yes, the drivers are up to date. If there are any more details I should provide please ask. Defrag? AV scan? Is your PSU's power sufficient for your components?

Components run faster at lower temperatures (Well, within reason) Perhaps a build up of dust over time has caused the temperature of the CPU or GPU to raise, therefore causing a loss in FPS?
