Impressive work from the deputy. Saved the driver's skin probably.
Really feel for the driver. Diabetic reaction I assume means his blood sugar dropped and he passed out. It's scary how easy that can happen to you without you realising once you've had it for a long time.

Even worse is when somebody has a diabetic attack at the wheel and they have one of the specific types of diabetes (can't remember which) because it'll cause their breath to smell fruity and like alcohol so cops will pull them over and think they're drunk drivers
