Introducing a political monopoly to the UN is dangerous and is prohibited for a reason.
While you might not like what NK, Iran, Russia and China are doing, they are a necessary force in global politics that subsequently prevent free reign of the Western world that - mind you - isn't any better than the 'evil East'. The UN was created for the express purpose of uniting the world and making it a better place, not to favor countries that align with the agendas of Western leaders.
