Looking for a cheap graphics card for a 1280x1024 60hz monitor.

Hey Facepunch. My GPU just died a few days ago so I'm looking for a new one. We're kinda on a complicated financial situation, so I'm also looking for something that's cheap.
I'm looking for an ATI card that can put out above 40fps on games like Crysis 2 (gamer settings, no AA) or Portal 2 (maxed out, no AA) on a 1280x1024 screen. I don't care about fancy dx12 bullshit, as long as it has dx10 it's fine. I'm also looking for a card that's 150 bucks or cheaper, so I'd say that's my budget for now. If anyone has any suggestions, feel free to tell me them.
Specs: My computer is crap, that's why I was planning on doing a complete re-build, but I don't have the money for that and I just want a new GPU so I can get it going again. Once that's done I'll start to slowly replace my crap, but as of now, this is the specs for my dead PC:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 @ 2.80 GHz, Wolfdalre 45nm Architeture
RAM: 2gb DDR2
PSU: 350w, no idea what model it is/which company made it
Update: I'm currently thinking of getting one of those listed below, which one should I go for?

Rest of your specs and power supply?
Damn, I don't remember it off the top of my head, all I know is that it's a pecie of shit. But here's the bare-basic:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 @ 2.80 GHz, Wolfdalre 45nm Architeture
RAM: 2gb DDR2

I might be able to blow some extra money on a new PSU though.

Found my CPU on a old post. Edited.
-snip- misread op, sorry.
I'd go for the 5770 or if you're able to stretch your budget, a 5870.

Is there a noticeable difference between the two (both money and performance-wise)?

5870s are much more high end, but I don't think you'll notice a difference at that resolution.
Get a 5770 along with a new PSU. I suggest an Antec Basiq.

600W offbrand PSU for $25? 100% chance its a piece of shit. If you're going to get a PSU, go with a reputable company like Antec, Corsair, XFX, Thermaltake or OCZ.
