I saw on the net that it is possible to convert windows 64bit to 32bit
As i have 64bit windows 7 and I just don't want to reformat as I don't really have no way of backing up my data,
So basically what i am asking you is that can you convert a 64bit to 32bit

Why exactly would you want to downgrade? Seems like a waste in my humble opinion.
EFLC or GTA:IV does not start
GTA IV should run in 64 bit no problems
same with EFLC
what's your specs
It worked fine when i had 32bit windows, since i installed 64bit I've just had problems with EFLC and GTA:IV
I have 64bit Windows Vista Home Premium and both those games work fine for me.
It loads but crashes before the menu

Then tell us about the crashes, the error message and the additional information in it. Update your drivers to latest version.
Did you do a gpu driver wipe and reinstall?
