how do I get rid off Personal AntieVirus

I downloaded Personal AntieVirus and now I can not get rid of it

it's more of pain than the Virus before it

I can not rid of it in Add or Remove Files section
I can not rid of the Little Icon near my clock

How do I get rid of it ? Thanks ?
