Whats the difference between these motherboards and will they work?

Hi Facepunch, I'm trying to find a replacement motherboard for my Emachines E4252 (it's old I know, but the computer is otherwise fine for what I need it for). The motherboard that came with the computer is a [B]MCP61PM-GM [/B]but I have found many listings on ebay for a [B]MCP61PM-AM [/B]Beside the last 2 letters, I cannot tell a difference between the two.

If I bought the AM model, would it be compatible with my computer?
