The problem is: When I turned on my PC, everything worked besides the screen, it said there was no signal.
Sounds work, I can controll everything (blindly).
I don't see any damage on the connectors.
Have you tried another monitor? Also it might be a GPU issue, but don't take my word on that.
Is the screen glass or lcd? It could probably be a bulb or something that died.
Just because your computer turns on, doesn't mean your computer is working fine, like Antdawg said, you could have a GPU issue, try another monitor and if that doesn't work, try another graphics card if possible.

It's called a CRT, not "glass". Yet another technological marvel forgotten to the newer generations *sigh*
CRT monitors are still better too
Anyway, OP
Try a new monitor, if that doesnt work, take it as a component issue, most likley GPU or Mobo if it's oboard.
Replace either with another and check if you get the same issue, same issue means you're really fucking unlicky.
Of course, try a different cable as well, stuff like that happens alot, cables are really badly made nowadays.

Can you explain why?
I find LCD monitors lot better than CRT monitors and if you say it's because of they have more Hz then you must have not noticed that there is LCDs with 120Hz or more.
I have LCD that supports max 60Hz myself and it's not flickering like a CRT would and it's also alot sharper than CRTs even tho CRTs usually have much higher maxium resolution than what i have(1920x1080).

Colours, and the ability to not have a forced native resolution or whatever.

There have been models of CRTs that can run well above 200 Hz and at resolutions of 2048x1536. The two biggest reasons people don't like them anymore is because their size in all dimensions grows with the screen size and they get exponentially heavier with screen size. It's not uncommon for a 21" CRT to weigh more than 70 lb.
CRTs don't actually flicker, it's just the brain interprets it as flickering when the phosphors on the screen aren't refreshed quickly enough. Running at a refresh rate of 75 Hz or higher usually fixes the issue.
Allright, I tested the screen and it works fine. The problem seems to be with my GPU. But, can the problem be with the PCI express slot?
Also I have a LCD monitor.
I can run programs by moving the mouse to the position of the start button and writing the name of the program like the music player.
Also the fan on the videocard works.
