too bad I'm not going to be buying it anyway, as bad as the first two games were
Was waiting for a FFA gamemode for this game

Your loss. The first was horrible but the second is the pinnacle of what a sequel should be: fix and build on everything.
Hell, Brotherhood was amazing, too.
The Knight looks badass
hopefully this is free for the console
That's kind of nice, but it'll be $60 while it's already cheaper for consoles and buying the game for a console plus the DLC would be cheaper than the PC edition.
I still pissed I wasted $60 on Dead Space 2

the second was pretty terrible as well

What, it's 49.99 on Steam right now. Pre-order of course.
I'll wait to see how it is, maybe wait for a sale, before I buy it.
Coming out too late for my interest
If this was 2 months ago I'd be interested
I thought the first was awesome
I wouldn't install it again unless it were the last game on the planet, but I do agree with you. The investigation missions left a lot to be desired (along with those useless fucking flags), but the freedom of movement it offered and how rich every location felt in their design was astounding. There's a lot to be said for being able to climb cathedrals instead of leaping straight over them or looking up from street level like a tourist.
It's $10.
It's a huge asking price for a DLC, but it comes with several new SP missions, four MP character, 2 gamemodes, and a tons of other goodies.
If anything, this is better than the Assassin's Creed 2's DLCs.
Assassin's Creed 2's DLCs were fucking awful. They just cut two chapters from the game and sold them seperately. THEY DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO DENY IT!
Well that's good news for people that will buy it on the PC.
I thought the first was awesome
Meh, it was alright when it first came out, yeah, but once the second one hit I don't see any reason why someone would go back to the first.
I find it amazing that, despite the core game mechanic being exactly the same, I spent about 5 times as much time playing AC2 than I did AC1.
The first was revolutionary, but damn it was repetitive, lacking variety and everything was FUCKING WHITE.
My big question here is: Is the special edition for consoles worth it? I'm highly interested in the map of Rome and the bonus content like the maps and stuff, but right now, a moderate $100 is a little hard to come by, as even though I'm fucking 18, I still have not found a job. I can get the regular edition for like $40, but again, I've been interested in the special edition. I asked for it for Christmas and didn't get it, so I've been hoping to get it for a while.
Sounds sooo sick to kidnap Leonardo Da Vinci! I really wanna get Brotherhood soon because AC II was soooooooo fucking fun, and was a pretty easy Platinum. I'm hoping Brotherhood has trophies as easy as II's.
The only reson why I sometimes play the first is because I like the time period. The architechture, the weapons, the area (Jerusalem, Damascus, etc.) are all so great. I like the feel of them slightly better than Italy, you know.
