Usb to 3.5mm / charger for MP3 player

There's loads of USB chargers, especially since some phone companies created a common standard to use USB for charging their phones.

It's easier just buying one. It's kind of odd why you need to make one since you need the end of a cord that fits your lady's mp3 player anyways.

USB goes to PC and the 3.5mm jack goes to mp3 player. I need to wire it but don't know how. I've got all I need but not the howto.
