A time ago, i installed the program said in title to connect to another router with internet conection, with the USB. Since two months, the driver fails and doesn't work, it doesn't find any network connections:

AND unlike, a stupid program integrated in this driver 100% WORKS:

But, it sometimes stops conncting and is VERY slow... and fault of this, my ping in TF2 is over 700, and i lag the server, and most of them kick me.

Try putting the IP in your browser. Eg "192.168.2.1".

There's a place somewhere in the settings where you can choose to use Windows wireless zero config or the software you've installed and it's currently set in the Windows one. Find that and change it.
Don't buy Belkin Wireless Adapters. They're shit and have overheating problems.
Instead go for Netgear, they're pretty low priced but get the job done. Also their program is a little more useful
