A ladybird on a stick I made!
Remember - This was actully pretty damn easy exept the textures (I got almost NO experince on Photoshop).
... I made mistakes on the texture at the sides! I had to remake remake and remake again till it fits!

So now, how did I made it?
Don't read if you're a bored guy:
First I added an object from the object tab.
Rezised it and just put it there. Also the texture makes it look detailed modeled and HIGH QUALITY but it's just a premade by the MAXON company...
The ladybird! Wasn't difficult at all exept the legs! Making that damn circle 1 time was like "okay", and then with the legs "not hundreds omg :v:"... But I HAD to make 'em or it wouldn't be an animal, or something.
Sorry for my shitty english!!!
The sticky sharp things on the object was easily made with the "Fur" tool but I still didn't liked it because it took hours :O making all these plate objects around around and around!
The reflections are automaticaly created, all I ahd to do was to press on the "Reflection" button!
The background! As I said I have no experince on Photoshop or any sort of picture editor software SOOO
... I grabbed one form Google itself! Found a nice artistic leaf wallpaper and dragged it into Cinema 4D!
And finally, rendered the picture / 3D area / animating box or whatever it know is.
In real life this ladybird would be around 15 meter.
TOOLS USED:
Cinema 4D - For modelling, light, animation, wll creating 90% of it all.
Adobe Photoshop CS3 - The texture (but I learned alot on this project and I'm happy for that).
My brain - Well actully I'm not intellegent at all, more like retarded.
I didn't know wich post icon I should use so I'll just pick the "Photos" icon!
-------->THIS IS THE UNRENDERED PICTURE<-------
The beuty of the outside, but inside... There's a beast!

WHAT CAN I IMPROVE?
[editline]9th February 2011[/editline]
yes it looks proffesionall (maybe idk) but actully it's damn simple to made:v:
EDIT: WHy is this a winner? :p
that looks almost real
that looks almost real
The rendering system from MAXON are one of the most brilliant realistic shading ever.
Cinema 4D are being used on almost every TV commercial.
EDIT: Well that's what MAXON says, maybe it's just for advertisements? :(
Reflections look too strong, also it's lady BUG
Reflections look too strong, also it's lady BUG
no it's ladybird.
And get a better texture for the ladybirds back, it's way blurry at the moment.
too shiny, and get it a mate <3
Very nice render. Looks like one of those 3D simulations of Discovery Channel
I thought it was real. Well done!
I also thought it was real. The reflection needs to be more of a shine and it looks like its just laying on the log instead of gripping it.
So, my biggest problem, is the texture? So all I have to do is to learn more Photoshop and then realize that... It must look realistic, learn from animal scenographics and study the details till I know HOW it really looks like:sax:
Reflection too
Well that's more like a minor issue, I think the reflection make it more 'artistic' not realistic :)
no it's ladybird.

It's a bug, not a bird.
Birds are vertebrates.

It's a flying polka dot beetle.

It's both. I lol at the people that argue "NO IT'S NOT A LADY BUG, IT'S A LADY BIRD...It's the same exact thing with sports, football and soccer...

IT'S BOTH.
Reflections look too strong, also it's lady BUG
People in the South of the US and Brits use the term Lady Bird.
[editline]16th February 2011[/editline]
The glossy look isn't working for me either, you may want to tone it down for the ladybugs back?

every country in the world calls them ladybirds except the US.
