Kind of a dick move on 3DR's part. They sold Duke Nukem to Gearbox, discover that they have legal grounds to keep making DN games, and then proceed to do just that instead of coming up with something new.
Much as I'd love to see another Duke Nukem game, the ball is firmly in gearbox's court.
3DR has a snowballs chance in hell of winning this.
