Looks more like it swallowed something with a leg. You can see a visible gurth around the leg but that could be something else.

I've seen a snake with two tails before but a snake with an claw that can grab? That's a very odd mutation.

In school they told us that snakes used to have legs like lizards, and they even still have the muscles for them in their bodies but just aren't born with feet. So maybe this one somehow had the genes for it or something. I dunno.
