Well, my mom makes $32/hour which is pretty damn good, especially for a factory worker. And if Darlene (tried to) go postal at the factory, she'd go down pretty fast. I heard about a guy that was 20 and in college football, went in with 2 handguns and only got 1 shot in (which was assumed to be a warning shot, as it was right towards the ceiling) before he got taken the down. Darlene's a little more crazy though. I am kind of worried but I'm hoping the company will get their shit together and sue her for all she's worth then kick her ass to the curb.

Yeah, because my mom can really solve a problem like that on her own. In an individual person perspective, which is how the court would see it, she can't do shit because it wasn't her locker, wasn't her stuff, and the thing with the windows was "taken care of" by the company years ago, if you can even call it taken care of. Well I guess she blames my mom for getting her sent to the other plant and for getting 6 days of unpaid leave total. Although safety isn't the company's strong point. Just last week a guy had his finger over a pinhole sized leak in a hydraulic fluid tube thing and was fixing it and there was a power surge. It sent a jet of hydraulic fluid up his arm (under his skin of course) and all the way up to his neck. He was fine and came to work the next day though.
