So I have this pre-built computer unfortunately and it just isn't getting the job done for games or rendering movies.
I'm looking for an upgrade for my CPU, and/or Motherboard if possible. I have about $120-160 to spend on this.
My motherboard is a ASUSTeK Lancaster 8. My current CPU is an intel E2140.
Any suggestions? I'm thinking about just buying an E4400, but I want a second opinion if its worth it or not.

Eh, there's not much you can do to that computer, especially with that budget. I suggest you save up like $500+ and build a new PC altogether
