Held together purely by bolts, screws and wires.
I was bored and my dad has a shitload of spare parts that he will never use.
could do without the confetti wires and would be alot cooler and seemingly complex-er if it had some sort of hand-guards floating around it, or something and some red and white wires.

it's gon lay around in the bottom of your drawer till you find it a year later and go "OOH IT'S THAT THING"
Make it shoot fire from the bottom, maybe some flash paper to temporarily blind people so you can run away.

You should make it more complex, and make it have some sort of basic function. Mounting an LED light and a battery in it could make it better.

Sadly, it's not hollow and it's also a miracle that it's being held together at all :P
I kind of like it better as a prop, for now. Making it more complex would require various skills which I do not have (At least, making it more complex in the way I would want)

"more complex in the way I would want" = an actual time machine? Don't feel too bad, that requires various skills which nobody has.

Hahaha, more or less.
Nah, more like a working piston + knob that would change/reset numbers on a 7led display on the side.
I have no welding or electronics experience though.
Now's a good time to learn. There's a lot of information out there - check out libraries and internet resources for information on electronic setups or whatever it is you need. It'd be hugely satisfying if you taught yourself how to finish this and turn it into a finished product that you really like.

(I also have no money)
True indeed. I might look into it when I have the time. This little thing was only put together in about an hour and a half, as I should have been doing homework at the time :P Oh well.
Haha, nice. By the way.. what's the tan, smooth shiny looking thing on the side of it?

I have no idea. It's glass, I can tell you that, and I assume it was to absorb any excess heat given off by that part (which I ripped out of the inside of a broken computer monitor.)
Looks more like a detonator.

..than a Time Machine?

Glass does not work that way :v:
Glass does not work that way :v:
It feels like glass, then.
No I mean nothing that looks like that would have the function of absorbing heat, because cooling something with a fixed piece that absorbs the heat only for it to either radiate to its surround parts or start getting damaged from it is a ridiculous design choice :v:
Well then what the fuck :v:
