• No signal input

I just recently built a new computer from scratch. After finally assembling it, I learned my HDD was DOA. Cool. So I sent it back and am waiting for the replacement to arrive. In the meantime, I got an old western digital 80gb IDE drive. I installed windows 7 and it worked fine. This was last night. I downloaded steam and started downloading STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl and I let it run all night downloading. This morning it was done and I played it for a bit before I went to go do shit all day and I just got home an hour ago. I find my dad sitting at the computer with the screen off. He said he was browsing the web when it "hicupped" and it shut off, all fans went down and it was the shut off process. But then it turned right back on and worked for a few minutes and then shut off completly and not turning back on. Now the computer will turn but no signal input and no lights will come on my keyboard and mouse indicating they're getting power. Yet my Ethernet cable has it's light on. My friend said it might be the power supply, mobo or graphics card. This is my first build and I've already to send one thing back. Please don't tell me I have to again. Sorry for wall of text.
CHeck your RAM to be sure.
I did that. I tried every single stick in both pairs. Nothing worked. I'm assuming ram isint the the problem.
