Wow. Definitely a sad day. Heath Ledger was revealed to have died just a few days ago. I don't know why they hid his death from the public until now. Heath Ledger was an amazing actor known for his role in movies such as Clowning Around, 10 Things I Hate About You, and his most recent and probably his breakthrough role, The Patriot. Before he died he was dating actress Heather Graham, famous for her role in Austin Powers.

He could have done so much more with his career and it's a real shame he was murdered. Before his death there were rumors that he was going to be playing King Leonidus in the movie adaptation of Frank Miller's graphic novel, 300. He was an avid skier and fan of the arts. He was known to be a fan of bird watching and could sometimes be found just looking at the sights atop New York City's highest skyscrapers.

Sigh, I can't believe he's really dead. He's one of my favorite actors and will definitely be missed by many. It's a shame he has no children to leave behind a legacy. Although none of his movies were oscar-worthy, he will definitely be remembered for years to come.
