Anyone care to help me disable some startup programs for Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit? My computer doesn't really "startup" until 45 seconds since it is opening all my startup programs.
Would help if you told us how you need us to help you help yourself.

Like Steam and AIM
Hold the windows key and the r key > type msconfig > startup
Take off the programs you don't want.
Or just start (orb) > search msconfig > click msconfig program in results > startup tab
There's a nice program called Soluto which comes with a neat little UI to help you, if your not comfortable doing it... it advises you what you can can and can't remove..
There's a thread for it in H&S
