Venting your anger dosen't work, says "Psycology Today"

So I stopped by my Psycologist's office yesterday and was reading one of the magazines in his waiting room, "Psychology today". In it there was an article about psychologists dispelling common misconceptions about how the mind works, and one of them said that venting your anger is actually a very bad thing to do because it only increases your aggression rather then actually dissipating it. He says its far more effective to just close your eyes and count to ten rather then letting it all out.
Huh, interesting.
thats dumb
Maybe it applies to weird sexual fantasies and you should be keeping all the elf rape to yourself then?
Oooooooooooooold
