When I stick my ear-bud jack all the way in into my zune, it wont work and I have to pull it out a little to hear the audio. I was wondering if I could fix it without voiding the warranty, in case I have to end up returning it (I got it around June/July). I want to avoid having to get a new one, because my bus driver plays nothing but country and shitty pop music.

i dont have this problem with my zune, i guess you could hit it with a hammer or try and use some pliers to adjust it?
try some other audio devices and see if its actually the female jack thats the problem.
If it's in warranty, send it in.
They just send you a brand new one.
I once had a Zune 120 where the lock button broke, so it couldn't lock, and they didn't even try to fix it. They just sent a new one and kept the other for parts I guess.
