I just refromated my computer and i have to 500g hdds raided as 1tb now one of them is saying BOOTMGR MISSING. How can i fix this, and what caused it.
Did you re-install the operating system?
You just reformatted and you set up a RAID. Sounds like you need to install an operating system sir.
An OS will not function off of a dynamic disk, last I checked anyway.
An OS will not function off of a dynamic disk, last I checked anyway.
It will function of RAID.
It will function of RAID.
RAID 0 (otherwise known as a Striped volume) is the only thing I can see it as being & still requires the disk to be converted to dynamic. I checked this myself, just now so...
An OS will not function off of a dynamic disk, last I checked anyway.
yes it can.
I reinstalled window, and reformated my hard drives and this is what came up
I reinstalled window, and reformated my hard drives and this is what came up
You reinstalled Windows then formatted the drives? Its not going to work if you did that. Can you explain exactly what you did and what you're trying to do in detail?
I reinstalled window, and reformated my hard drives and this is what came up
Do you mean you reformatted then installed windows? You really need to give us all the details, what did you do first,etc....
I reinstalled window, and reformated my hard drives and this is what came up
Sounds like you still need to install the operating system. Installing the OS should be the last step you perform in imaging a PC... well next to installing your drivers.
I installed windos on my ssd, then after in installed it i booted my computer and reformated the OTHER hdd wich is Raided with another one and it wont boot. So in total two 500gb hdds (one that isant booting right) that are raided along with the ssd with windows on it
Is the SSD selected first in the boot priority in the BIOS?
