Thats been only happening recently to me as well...
I've never got that, but I get the equivalent of it all the time on TF2.

That'd possibly be VALVe's ultimate fuck you to the few who got their hands on the leak if they made it console-only.
Then again, they'd have to make her immune to ALL fire to keep it consistent, meaning mollies would be rendered useless against her.
