Airsoft Chat v.9 "Rabies talks about shotguns and makes us feel bad"

Thanks to rabies for the witty thread title.
I'm not a fan of lowcaps, even for milsim due to the fact bb's will never have the same ballistics and properties of real bullets, discuss.
I think that if you've never owned a Maruzen shotgun your life is an inferior shell of what it could be, discuss.
I really want that M1014 chassis thing for the Maruzen M110 that I saw in Taiwan last summer. If I had an extra 75 dollars and access to an M110 I definitely would have bought it, even though the kit claimed to need modification to fit the shotgun.
It just seems awesome to have.
Hey Rabies I want to upgrade my M1100 Revision with your fancy custom doohickeys, what do

I think if you've never loaded a shell backwards into a Maruzen shotgun you haven't truly considered suicide
In all seriousness if that M1014 kit ever becomes a thing I will definitely buy one.

If nothing's broken, you can either add o-rings to your shells or modify your extractor, and that's all you'd really need to do for performance. You could also convert it to an external tank.
Been looking more at upgrading the extractor, didn't you once say that the shell lifter could use customization too?
is it viable (cheapish) to get an 870 in canada yet
i want one, maybe after I get my BMW and fix up the interior in it

Fuck, now I'm on the radar :tinfoil:
Ok, Rossia trip possibly cancelled. Still going to Latvia for Balticsoft.
Also notrabies, how do I masterkey
My LM4 came in. feels solid, and all around feels nice. Havent really been able to test accuracy because the bbs I have are shitty AND its a rather windy day, but I've been able to hit my 200 foot target with ease. These bbs really are shit though. I just found one that is entirely disformed.

Wait wait since when is Latvia camo illegal? Also since Latvia hates Russia I'm probably not getting Rossia gear. no K6-3 for me :C
Their digital cube camp is illegal since it's apparently ~military property~
And then this Latvian user we had one time flipped his shit and told us all that we can't have Latvian camo because it's illegal outside the Latvian government
He went as far as to report an eBay listing of Latviacamo one of us linked and proceeded to chastise us claiming, "no fun allowed"
Flecktarn with FLYYE Ranger Green RRV or FLYYE OD RRV? Agree for Ranger, Disagree for OD

Well I'm guessing since Latvians hate Russians (source: Latvian parents) I'm guessing people in Latvia are angsty and are afraid people will steal their camo or something. That being said it'll be pretty hard for me to get my hands on it. Also my grand uncle in Latvia is a foreman in a train factory and I saw some pics of his factory making helmets. Cheapio K6-3 here I come C:

Shell lifter can be replaced with a part made by Schaap over at Arnie's, but its not an improvement, just a replacement in quality aluminum for when the stock part breaks.
Extractor replacement requires machining ability, and there's a video or two on youtube describing the process. Basically you drill out the old extractor, tap the hole, and place a steel screw in place to the same depth as the extractor, finished by cutting the screw into the shape of the extractor.
Not exactly easy to do, but its the best thing you can do for your gun.

M870's will never be viable/cheapish anywhere ever. Although I was recently talking to a Canadian with 3 Maruzen shotguns, so I do know its possible.

That was REALLY fast shipping
Apparently the VFC Glocks are excellent. I kinda want one. Is the Glock the only one they've made so far? Any more in the works?
I'm going to be sending a lengthy letter to mutinous. If you want anything added from you, or anonymously, let me know and I will add it in.
i ordered three stickers and have yet to hear from them. That was on the day the giveaway ended.
