the basic rules are,
this is going to modern/future
you get your own land
you build up your city to be whatever you want,
and you can travel to other cities.
all the maps will be different
you dont declare
you can go as many times as you like

you start with 5 men and a vehicle

Also you guys are gonna need some resources for your maps so if reece finds it ok i think you should maybe add a few trees and little oil caverns to your maps
