cmon guise, pitch in
fair trial.... right?!?!?! right!??!?!?!
The comments on the video piss me off. Everyone should be given a fair trial and innocent until proven guilty.

he should get one of those "you're innocent or you don't have to pay" attorneys.
I'd pay if I had the money. He deserves at least a lawyer
I'm having a hard time comprehending the comments. He deserves justice, so execution is in order? According to those people, it seems it is.
To execute him and not give him a proper trial is what the US justice is directly against. Hypocrisy at its finest.
I think there's a decent chance he'll escape with his life, and maybe will one day have chance for parole; He fully cooperated with police after capture and seemed like an overall good kid who got caught up in his brother's insanity.

that's not how 'murica works
that's not how 'murica works
this
and even if he did get out, he'd be far from safe; there are some people out there who have quite radical thoughts on the events that occurred at the boston bombin (and the people that contributed to it), some of which had their lives directly affected by it. it wouldn't surprise me in the least if there were men and/or women that would go out of their way to try and take this man's life
then again if he ever did get out he would be deported, i'm p sure
I'd donate if it was on something similar to kickstarter.

It's all about revenge

Yep. Just look at the bin Laden assassination.

Maybe it's just me but I don't think someone who helped their brother set up and execute a bombing that could have killed an even larger amount of people than it did, went on the run, and then killed a police officer in cold blood is an "overall good kid". If he was he would have just called the damned police or tried to talk his brother out of it at least, not fucking help him with it.

He's not innocent though
I think there's a decent chance he'll escape with his life, and maybe will one day have chance for parole; He fully cooperated with police after capture and seemed like an overall good kid who got caught up in his brother's insanity.
A good kid doesn't kill and disable people.
I don't give a fuck whether his brother pressured in to him or not - he had a choice, and he still did it. He deserves a trial but I don't know why the fuck people are being so defensive of him.
the guy deserves years in prison, but i respect the parent's wishes
He's not innocent though
No as in no win no fee.
No as in no win no fee.
No one expects him to win, you'd have to be very optimistic to think that. He's pretty much as good as dead now
and seemed like an overall good kid who got caught up in his brother's insanity.
No, he's not innocent, he is guilty of his crimes and the system will find it's way to deal with him.
How it chooses to deal with him is not up to me, and hopefully they don't take the immediate revenge route.

I don't know what's worse, this:
Fuck your terrorist kids and fuck you.
Or this:
I just donated $20, keep fighting and don't give up hope. One day we'll find the real bombers and they'll be wearing CIA jackets.
Won't he be appointed a lawyer if they can't afford one? They may not be as good as your top tier private practice lawyers, but they are hopefully better than nothing.
If I committed a crime I know I wouldn't be able to afford a lawyer, and would be relying on an appointed one.
He should be able to get a state appointed attorney if he can't pay for one. As I believe he has the right to a fair trial, I don't believe he deserves donation money.
I'd pay if I had the money. He deserves at least a lawyer
"If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed to you" if he doesn't have the money he'll be assigned a public defender, in fact: he already has.
To be honest it seems pointless to donate for a lawyer since he's pretty much guaranteed to be found guilty no matter how good an attorney he gets.
Big waste of time. He deserves a fair trial as everyone does, but the state will appoint him a laywer regardless, and at this point there's no doubt he's guilty.
You idiots, this guy didn't even commit these crimes. Just like the FBI shot that unnarmed suspect they were interviewing when he ''got violent with a knife''. They are pinning blame and taking the heat off themselves!
This same woman has warrants for her arrest for shoplifting charges and she has a history of theft.
Sorry. I do not give to thieves.

I don't thing a "good kid" murders a kid and two women with out any regrets because he was influenced by a family member. If they don't seek the death penalty he will die in prison.

That's not how most places work
this boston topic is so weird
Yep. Just look at the bin Laden assassination.
Except Bin Laden was responsible for the deaths of thousands of people and the leader of one of the world's largest terrorist organizations. Huge difference, plus if Osama had been put on trial, it would've just be a show trial with a inevitable end.
He can have a court appointed lawyer if he can't afford a better one, that's how it works. I don't see how out of all the poor criminals, he would deserve public generosity to pay for a decent lawyer. Death penalty or not, he's going to die in prison. There's no way he's getting anything less than a life sentence(or three), regardless of his brother.
Better call saul?
