I downloaded cb model pro recently and i want to know if there is a way to convert the things i make into gmod props, i also don't what to save the models as, any help?

You probably need a plugin for exporting to .smd
If you can't get one then if you've already finished the model export it to a common format and then open it in a modeling that supports smd, and export it from there.
