Why is my hotmail log in page like this?

It's like all the images got taken out, with only the log in box showing

chances are the CSS sheet didn't load properly and now every time it loads it attempts to use the broken CSS sheet and it fucks up (< i completely bullshitted that but shift-f5 will probably fix it)
