This is great, even thought it doesn't protect against STDs. If you're in a stable relationship, it's pretty much known whether or not either of you in the relationship has one. If you both don't, this'll be a lifesaver.

I don't mean anything against this or condoms in general, but how come when they're talked about, it often gets implied they're the only form of protection? Messing with your hormones can cause odd side-effects in some people, or they may just be against modifying the body like that in any way. Condoms are one of the only decent defences against STIs though, so they tend to hog the spotlight when talking about safe sex.
