The boy who brandished the pencil admitted to cops that he pulled the prank, though “he stated that he didn’t mean to hurt anyone. He stated that he didn’t think that the pencil would go through the clothing.”
The child, who has been suspended from school for five days, has been charged with misdemeanor assault. Vermilion Police Chief Chris Hartung told TSG that the young suspect was arrested Friday and subsequently released into his parents’s custody.
The middle school’s daily bulletin, which has not mentioned the pencil incident, concludes each day with the promise that, “We will respect others, trust our friends, and treat others the way we want them to treat us.”[/quote]

check the surface before sitting
if anyone is touching it, it will be pulled out as you sit
i once injured my coccyx badly in middle school because someone pulled the chair away as i sat
I did this to a kid when I was about 8...
with a drawing pin...
I got a teacher to sit on a tack once.

I both hated gradeschool for the constant fighting and pranks, but also loved it for the same reasons. We never really did anything like stabbing each other, but everyday was a new unfortunate person falling for a trick.
how exactly did he get this prank to work? I tried all through elementary school to get it working but whenever someone sat on the pencil it would just topple over since nobody ever sits straight down

Super glue.
I tried to do this to a friend using a tack, but it just split the cheeks.
Some guy in my school did this but instead of a pencil he used a knife

Ah middle school... I remember I was in 9th grade when one of my "friends" simply walked up and kicked me in the balls for no reason, I guess he was retarded and thought it was funny, or maybe he just wanted some excuse to make contact with my crotch, I don't know. After writing in pain for several minutes (I was in too much pain even to cry rofl), I got my strength to walk again and returned the favor-with interest- as I was wearing some steel toe boots that day.
I was scared I was going to piss blood after it happened but thankfully that never occurred. To this day I'm still hoping I'm not infertile though, rofl
