I need to know if there is any sort of filter I can make or something that can hold the dust? I'd like an answer as soon as possible please, I am going to construct the case for this tomorrow.

Take a look at computer case air filters maybe? the problem is they are just foam and need cleaning regularly.
To actually hold dust have a look at how old bag based vacuum cleaners held it maybe? Pretty sure they used paper bags pretty much.
See if you can find a HEPA-filter in an old vacuum cleaner.
