Is it possible to upgrade to Windows 8 x64 from a x32 Windows 7 and keep all my x32 files?

I have 4 GB RAM and an Intel Core i7 But i'd like to bring out it's full power in the x64 Windows 8, but I really need to keep my files when I upgrade, if it is possible, please tell me how.

No you need to do a clean install. When you install however, Windows.old will be created with your files so you can just get those from there.

32 bit is x86
64 bit is x64
