Without installing any software, my boot time has suddenly sharply rose from 0:26, to 1:51 seconds, does anyone know a cause and solution?
Here's my specs.

Scan for viruses and malware, also defragment your hdd.
You can use http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896645 to view the boot process.
Try testing your hard drive with seatools
Defragging your drive is a really good idea.
I actually had it happen before I got a SSD for free that my disk would idle for 5 solid minutes on the Windows boot screen before it would actually do anything. After defragging the drive that latency was over for some reason.
