Title says it all. My budget is around $1100.00 I don't know If I could go higher yet, but probably could, I would like Windows 7. If someone could not have a life and help, that would be appreciated.
What country do you live in and can you re-use anything from your old computer.
U.S. I have a screen and speakers that I can use. Keyboard is a maybe I dont like the one I have but if it comes down to a new keyboard with less of a computer ill pass, so I keep my old keyboard

Prebuilts are crap, don't buy em... just saying...

Hahaha what a mistake, its fine but the graphics card is bad, so I though I should make my own.
