There's a couple cool ones, like that biome mod, and some sort of AI one.

The tiny pickaxe doesnt make any sense. If you have the three materials needed for a pick then all you need is a stick and a crafting bench. The flaming arrow is way too nerfed too.

A lot of people farm though, I think it's more appropriate as a separate tool.
Most of the other ones seem really cool though, especially the boomerang.
