Best gaming CPU for $120

I want to upgrade my PC, and I need a CPU. Max budget for the CPU is $120. Maybe $130, if you want me to stretch. Current specs:

RAM (Burnt out, getting more soon)
CPU (Burnt out, that's why I made this thread)
Graphics card: 8800GT 512mb

For the motherboard, that's about as good as you'll get. However, the AM3 socket is becoming redundant rather quickly, and the money would probably be better spent if you saved a bit more and got a new motherboard with a new socket.
