Recently I have had trouble using SMOD (specifically SMOD v7) and its variants. Every time it starts up I get the message "Platform Error: module failed to initialize". I have tried reinstalling the mod, re-downloading it, and reinstalling Half-Life 2, but none of this has worked. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this please help me out.
I've been having the same problem with all pre-orange box source games and mods.
Yeah same with me, HL2 has been having the same issue, but Zombie Panic Source is still working and I think it still uses the pre-OB engine.
I got this problem too at HL Source.What Should I Do ?
