My laptop's resolution is 3200x1800, but my screen's only 13".
For many programs like Photoshop and Flash, this is a problem, because the icons become so small that I can't work with it.
I could set my resolution to 1366x768, but that's kind of dumb, because then everything becomes really blurry/pixelated.
For some programs like Sourcetree, Unity or Visual Studio, this doesn't matter. Can I force Flash and Photoshop to not have really small menus and icons?
Here's some big-ass pictures to show what I mean:

So you set the resolution to something smaller and then change the items on the display to 'small'? It's more of a hack than a fix really. I'm trying to find a fix where I don't have to downscale my resolution.
Also 1600x900 would look better than 1366x768

He's just saying to use native DPI scaling using your native resolution
It's already set to largest.
Unfortunately DPI scaling is just bad in Windows
The problem is that I'm already using DPI scaling. It already looks good in Visual Studio, and most other programs. But not Flash and Photoshop, they don't care.
So there's no way to tell a program that my resolution is lower than 3200x1800?

Under "experimental features" in the settings of newer versions of photoshop, you can toggle 200% scaling for high DPI displays.
